Updating
your website and Training |

For the first two weeks following the creation of
the index page for your website you will receive
free Alphawebs updates to your web pages.
After the first two weeks have elapsed Alphawebs updates will
be chargeable, The current
cost for Alphawebs updates is £30 per hour, with
a minimum of one-half hour charge per update.
After the first half-hour of update charges will
increment per quarter-hour.
Updating by
Alphawebs is available between 1800hrs and
2200hrs weekdays only, and will
normally be made within 48 hours of the initial
request. Any urgent updates outside these times
will be charged at twice the normal hourly rate, with a minimum
of one-half hour charge. Urgent update charges
will then increment per quarter-hour.
Updating by Alphawebs will be unavailable during
two two-week periods each year which will be
notified to authors in
advance.
You can update the website yourself
following completion of the approved 1-day
training course provided by Alphawebs. The current
cost of this training is £240 for one person or
£360 for two persons, plus travelling expenses to and
from your location (calculated at 45p per mile).
Training is available in Microsoft Expression Web
(formerly Microsoft FrontPage), and the
editing software is available to
you via Alphawebs at additional cost. Please
